LBOE Prep is a 3rd party logistics provider and Amazon prep center that specializes in Amazon FBA Prep and other e-commerce distribution. We work with sellers to help them grow their business by taking fulfillment issues off their hands.
Our entire system is built with you, the seller in mind. All steps are taken to ensure the safety and efficiency in prepping your products for shipment.
We take out the necessity of having to manage your own warehouse, payroll for employees, purchasing & maintaining equipment, ordering supplies, and so much more.
We don’t charge by the hour like so many other fulfillment companies. You know exactly what you will pay for every item prepped before it hits our warehouse. You’ll also save more money per unit the more your business grows.

Amazon FBA Prep
1 - 499 monthly units - $1.25 per unit
500 - 999 monthly units - $1.00 per unit
1,000 - 2,499 monthly units - $0.85 per unit
2,500 - 4,999 monthly units - $0.75 per unit
5,000+ monthly units - contact us for a custom quote

All Amazon FBA Prep includes the following:

FAQs
What is the setup fee?
We charge a $200 setup fee deposit that will be deducted from the balance of your first invoice(s) with us. If you choose to cancel your account before utilizing the deposit, it will not be refunded to you.
What software do you use for my shipment?
We use Seller Central combined with Inventory Lab to process your shipments. So you will be required to give us user level access to both accounts.
How much is outbound shipping?
Outbound shipping to Amazon is paid using the balance on your Seller Central account. If we are fulfilling items directly to your customers, then different costs will apply.
Do you accept new sellers?
Yes however we expect you to have a good understanding of the basics of selling on Amazon and using Seller Central.
How am I billed?
We bill at the end of each month based on the volume of units you have sent.
How can I pay?
We invoice through PayPal which accepts any major credit card.
What items can I send?
We currently accept any items except for used books and liquidation lots.
Do you only work with Amazon sellers?
Nope! We work with a wide range of e-commerce sellers and influencers.
How do I know my information is safe?
We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with every client to ensure any details of your inventory and/or company remains confidential. All of our employees also sign this same agreement.
What is your monthly minimum requirement?
We do not require a monthly minimum to be met. However, each shipment must have a total of 50 units in order to be shipped out to Amazon. This will also help save you money on your outbound shipping cost.
Can you accept pallets?
Yes we can receive anything from a couple boxes up to full truckloads. We can also ship LTL & FTL if you would prefer.
Do you accept all Amazon business models?
We are currently accepting OA, Wholesale & Private Label. There may be different fees associated with the types of products. See pricing, for more info.
What determines if an item is “oversize”?
If Amazon lists the item in the oversized product tier or if any product, box, or polybag used to prep the item is 18”+ on any side or over 20lbs.
Is my inventory insured while at your facility?
Yes our insurance policy covers your inventory, should anything happen to it while it is stored in our warehouse.
When can I start sending you inventory?
As soon as your account is setup and you have completed the onboarding process!
